Devastating! I hope you get some real answers. Impossible to know, so many things could be the cause. I would think autopsy would be standard. Best wishes RIP  I totally agree, how is it not common in this era especially. I’m not saying covid, at all! But these hospitals are so concerned about every death being a covid death, how is an autopsy not standard for a healthy, fit, no pre-existing condition, 39 year old man. I’m at a loss of understanding
