Congressman Steny Hoyer leads the house in the NEW pledge of allegiance - omitting God

It was perfect! That was exactly our Pledge of Allegiance! Only difference was God was removed.

God has been removed from our schools, our courthouses, our lives, most of our churches - God has been removed from everywhere in this nation.

You have a problem with this?

God used to be a reminder in class every day - in the Pledge of Allegiance and in prayer.

The Ten Commandments were often engraved in courthouses, along with verses from the Bible.

God used to be preached in churches, not prosperity and demanding and expectations.

Now we have a much more normal society, do we not? People don't have to bother with God, His Commandments, His Son Jesus, being preached at, hearing reminders in schools, seeing reminders in courthouses and other great buildings - we just don't have to be bothered by God's presence anywhere nowadays, not even in most churches!

Isn't that a blessing, a good thing? We can do as we please, go where we please, we can even get angry, have adult tantrums, shoot people even! We scream and curse, right out in the streets or in businesses or restaurants, colleges, anywhere. We can run up behind people hitting them in the head and run off while they fall to the ground grievously injured and it is called a "game" and nobody gets caught. That's a good thing, right?

We can form groups of people filled with anger and hate, and go out to attack other people, preferably our group against only one or two people, as we don't want them to be able to fight back. We beat them, shoot them, rob them, torture them even, steal from their pockets while they lay on the ground.

Our groups can break into houses, attack people, steal everything, turn their homes to trash, harm them physically - and it's fun! See? If old God was around reminding us of His presence, this wouldn't be much fun, would it?

He was always a party-pooper. He thought we ought to respect one another, not be envious, honor our parents, not commit adultery, don't steal, put Him first in our lives - none of that is fun or even desirable!

Yes, it's a good thing to have God removed from the Pledge of Allegiance to Old Glory. Sure, it removes most of the Glory from the flag, but who cares - it lets us do anything and everything we want, no matter how horrible. We can enjoy life now, even though it's at the expense of the stupid people who think God is still around.

Nope, God is out of this nation, and we are all able to be the people we want to be. Isn't this grand?

The Pledge was written by a Socialist. The original words did not include “under God”. They were added later.

Personally I think pledging allegiance to the flag is very socialist or Nazi like. Pledging to a symbol? The symbol is for the government. But the government isn’t a static thing. The modern US government is horrible. It is Marxist. I have no allegiance to it. I have allegiance to the principles this county was founded on.

But yeah, the Democrats hate God. They don’t just not believe in God. They hate God. And they’ll take anything with God in it and wring Him out. They are evil.
