I have never witnessed a white person harming a black in my entire life. But I have been harmed by blacks nearly twice a year for thirty years. The very worst experiences were working for black managers. OMFG. Dirty,corrupt, racist, evil. I asked the EEOC to investigate one situation. The illiterate and racist blacks at EEOC investigated me and not the black manager. That is when I realized I had to avoid blacks when possible. The other day at Wal-Mart, this black woman manager moved in on my cashier when she was just about to check me out. As soon as this black woman took over, she left and went looking for a soda. Then something rang up at the wrong price, and I mentioned it. Instead of talking about it, this black woman said, "Well, do you want it?" I said no, and she started screaming, "I asked you if you wanted it?" Wow. It was really hurtful. She was trying to start something. I paid no attention to her, though. Why? because they do hit, and could probably maim or kill me. Not worth it.
