...

Beeches, my people have lived here in New Jersey for the past 400 years. I’m no coward, and I won’t be run out. I’m one of those holding the line while those of you in red states look on smugly and tell those of us in my situation that we “shoulda voted Republican”. What in hell do you think we’re doing? Ever hear of the term, “outnumbered”? Then, when a governor in a red state proposes draconian, freedom-destroying legislation, you all get behind it for the sake of “law and order”! Christ! You people are fulfilling every negative stereotype that I hear ad nauseum from my neighbors about red states.

Done with you. Dismissed.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79234724

What part of looting, burning, blocking free flow of
traffic, destroying property, and assaulting
do you
think has anything to do with Freedom?

Yes, I cheer for laws with teeth to help put a stop to the
destruction of this country by leftist, commie, anarchists.

Glad you are staying in your cesspool.

:bf35:
 Quoting: Trained Noticer

What part of 6 years in the slammer for camping - not looting and pillaging, but camping - on state land don’t you get? We can stop the Marxists with the laws we already have, but in general the government isn’t applying them, in case you haven’t noticed. You’re too ignorant and blinded by your own prejudices to see that this is another attack on freedom.

Oh, and thanks for making the ”cesspool” comment, that was a real zinger. You must feel real good about yourself. You do realize that I’m an American, too, don’t you? Do you feel good insulting another American about where he lives? Well, you and other smug bastards like you are in for a wake-up call, as your arrogance and abject stupidity is going to end up biting you in your asses when the curtain drops, and you look out from the bars of the cage that they’ve built for you.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79234724

What makes you think it is your right to "illegally camp" on ANY property?
Entitled much? Want reparations, too?

:bf90:
 Quoting: Trained Noticer

This is why we on the right are doomed, and why the left will eventually win.

Because I think that 6 years in jail for camping on state , I.e. public land is excessive, you immediately think I’m on the “other side”.

I’m on your side, fool. Stop attacking people who are your ideological brethren.

Enjoy your prisons, folks.

prison-like.

Yes it was, and if we’re not careful we’l find ourselves in one just like it, wondering how in hell it happened.

Sure! Then, when YOU attend a peaceful protest, against taxes, IIA restrictions or the like, the PTB will send a few disrupters in amongst you to break a few windows or torch a few cars. At that point, they will then declare your peaceful protest to be a riot, and YOU a rioter. No more voting or gun ownership for you!

See how that works?

Stop and think for a moment, people.

Up to six years in jail for camping on state property? Let’s say we have that economic reset we discuss here all the time. Lots of people thrown out of their homes. Camping on so-called “state property” may be the only place they can throw up a tent and live.

Watch what you wish for. THINK.

Using the middle of a pandemic to go into the streets destroying property, blocking highways for emergency vehicles and creating a general chaotic environment for citizens trying to stay home and deal with a scary unknown disease ... is criminal act, not a peaceful protest.

There was nothing peaceful about any of these protest around the nation during these last few weeks . The protesters deliberately chose a time when everyone thought it was would be breaking the law just to be out of our homes during a curfew, much less destroying property. In my opinion protesters should have been given an automatic jail sentence, just for being on the streets. The damage done in Virginia during the lock down is a prime example.

As for the police , as in any occupation, the police have some who are definitely not suited for the job, but the screaming liberal media as always, focuses on only those few while totally ignoring the majority of police who are doing a good job. We as a nation have been taken over by the real criminals of the world.

My prayer is the hopes of the wicked will melt in the morning Sun. I love Tennessee's Gov Lee!!!!

It should be a FEDERAL CRIME
 Quoting: Buzzcheeze

Highways and freeways are partially paid for by federal grants and is a federal crime due to the commerce clause.

All state roads and by-ways are under state control and blue states fail to enforce the laws.

Just like Kumala, politicians only push prosecutions for anyone right of communism and socialism.

..."Among other things, the new law stipulates that people
who illegally camp on state property will face a Class E
felony, punishable by up to six years in prison. People
found guilty of a felony in Tennessee lose the right to vote.

The new law also slaps a mandatory 45-day sentence for
aggravated rioting, boosts the fine for blocking highway
access to emergency vehicles and enhances the punishment for
aggravated assault against a first responder to a Class C
felony."...

Peaceful protests and resistance to tyranny is one thing.

Rioting, looting and destruction of property is another.

Go Tennessee!

Jokes on you buddy! 90% of the rioters are 1) too young to vote, 2) felons 3) do not care because the $190.00 soros checks keep arriving.

My friend lives in Memphis. Says it's pretty much normal there. No masks, homeless aren't shitting on the sidewalk, etc. Wonder why?

Ive seen many say the protesters should be arrested just for being in the street because they are a roadblock to commerce and have an economic impact on our markets.

Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

I'll go along with that reasoning if we extend to other people that are a harm to our markets as well.

Every Banker on Wall Street should be thrown in jail along with many investors for the fraudulent games that have done untold damage to this nation.

Want to play that game, lets play.
