I can see where you think it's funny. I've got a cat which caught a bird. I got the bird looked fine. OK little birdy fly like the wind.. throwing him up in the air.
Go little bird go! Damn thing made a few flops with it's wings. Plowed right into the grass before I could even think of getting the bird, my cat was on it. Running away with no way for me of saving it. Services were held for the bird. Sorry it's just nature.
