the govenors office got back to me, they said until the president calls and end to the covid19 50 state emergency, everyone must wear masks

everyone says take it up with governors office so I did, and they said until the president ends the covid19 50 state national emergency, the masks must be worn.

it turns out all the states have to follow CDC guidelines aka the feds
