Prayer Thread Part 3.

This is how I always felt also until my very Christian mother saw this. She was dying. I liked to feel that those loved ones where there to help her cross over to Heaven - she even saw Jesus.

We got almost 3 days of better days with Mandy and today it is falling apart again. She is falling apart, lonely, angry, and can't even get people to respond to her on twitter following a Taylor Swift posting (she is a big time Swifty, and as she says, the only thing in her life to be interested in). She says strangers can't even stand her.

Yes, sounds weird but she is in total isolation, no friends, nothing. Her depression is horrible which is making everyone miserable. I don't know what to do but pray.

She has a tele-med with a new psychiatrist tomorrow and I am asking for prayers from all that the right meds are finally prescribed. This is my baby girl and I don't care that she is 23. She is stunted mentally in all the bully trauma from high school and honestly can't more on.

God just has to help, please!!!

Agreed and this is unique in that at the time of death you will see many people you knew and loved. Not sure if they are real saints or Godly angels coming in their forms.

When my Grandpa was dying, he had a major stroke and he saw two people who appeared human to him, but they had to be angels. He had fallen on the floor and could not get up, but they ministered to him the whole night. He laid there overnight until the landlord discovered him the next morning. When we questioned him at the hospital he told us what happened. But the landlord said that no-one could have gotten in without a key except for him because the door was locked from the inside and there was no-one there when he came in. My grandpa died less than 36 hours after this happened. We are convinced that ministering angels came in human form to help him and help usher him into heaven.

I know your pain. My son has put me through the whole gamma but thank God he has come out of it.

Does she believe in God, Jesus and the Bible?

Maybe Father God has pur her into this "hole"
because she's basically worshipping Swift.

She was saved and baptized in her teens. She said if there is a God he doesn't care about her but she doesn't think there is one because how could a God be so cruel to never help her. She is in crisis and nothing is helping.

She isn't worshipping Swift. She has NOTHING to think about.

This is very serious.

Praying for all in need.

It's at that point you just gently reinforce to her that He does love her. It may not work instantly, but I feel that deep down on the inside she is crying out for help from God. Praying that God will intervene in her situation whether it is in her dreams, a visit, a sign or however He will.

I am praying she finds God and his will in her life. At times God has isolated me to keep me safe. We often pray for protection from evil. She is young and will not see it this way but God always knows what is best. Prayers that she finds friends and her loneliness abated. Amen

She Believed previously - now she doesn't.

Something changed that - a series of "events" maybe?
Pressure from former atheist friends?

Regardless, she is now in denial - and even defiance.

God currently seems to be trying to "break" her.

Heavenly Farher, we beseech you to remove the scales from Mandy's eyes. Soften her hard heartedness so that she will return to both you and your Son.

Show her your limitless love for her and show her that YOUR Will is to be done Father.

This we pray in the name of Jesus / Yeshua - your Son.

I am new to this thread. Thanks to all for their ongoing prayer and good vibrations. Sending out some love/compassion to all, especially those in high need.

Exactly. When done subtly, she does talk about him but not when she is having a melt down, then it isn't good.

My prayer for my family and loved ones has always been:

God bless my family surrounding them with your angels, protecting them physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially. Put a shield around them to keep out all negative and evil allowing only positive and good into their lives.

I added the financial a few years back, not so we would be rich but to protect us from scams and identity theft and that sort of thing. Keeping us financially sound is also part of it.

Please excuse my writing so many words, none like walls of text, I just wish to combine many replies into one post.

I am praying for God to lift everyone's heart and spirit and for his Angels to intercede as we all speak our prayers, even though miles apart, I would like to believe we are as one in our faith with God.

While feeling hurt by Mrs. words I cannot blame her, she lost her job of twenty-eight years two years ago which has left her without that outlet and I have had my office at home now for over a year and I'm certain I am just too in the way, too slow, and unable to assist with much requiring lifting or moving.



It is my normal, and I have no special abilities, only what God gifted me with used as best as possible. It's not something I may turn on or off.

I saw death standing in the door of a coworker when we still had our offices in our building instead of almost all now working from our homes.

I was worried for her, but as I have experienced this since birth [my earliest memories regarding this are from age two-very soon six decades ago] that came with the knowledge I may not interfere in another's destiny. Her brother died the next weekend and death no longer stood at her door.

I've hugged a friend and seen her body bloody and crushed--the next day she was run over and killed by a hit and run driver walking home from her job.



I shall always until I am called home.



Yes we too have been together over twenty five years.

We all know prayer works. Yesterday she was very apologetic and said she has never had anyone in her life that she has loved more, been more aggravated by, or has taken care of her as well as I try to.

I don't know if she even realizes that two years ago I saved up enough leave to get the needed surgery to hopefully repair the damage to my right leg and have six weeks time to recover.

Instead I used all of my leave as she would scream and cry at the hospital if I were not with her, I slept on a sofa or recliner chair in her room, going home every two days to shower and let the cats out to enjoy the day if only for a few hours.

It helped her and her need was greater than mine.



I am keeping your Mandy in my prayer to be raised from her pit of despair.



To expand upon my answer to WhiteAngel, I could write five full GLP pages of such events. But one thing I have learned: some can discern between evil and good, perhaps we all can see through the lies of evil entities and many just don't realize it. The evil has a certain feeling and is mostly mostly formless, the good has an entirely different feeling, causes no alarm, and is bright, sometimes painfully so to see.

The evil causes physical pain, the good leaves you feeling blessed.



I am praying she does not succumb to the damage done by the thoughtless many in her youth and can move ahead. Perhaps she may not know the best revenge she may have upon them is by living well?




I am. I was awake until 6:30 AM today from Friday and finally fell asleep as the sun rose. I began awakening about 3:00 PM, am in good spirits and with less pain.

Zenenergy's account is indeed gone, and not knowing the user ID I can't see if they are now anon. The hate here lately from others has been quite intolerable. I cannot fault someone for leaving.

I am not friends with her outside of this board, but I checked my list, and she did delete her account.

Praying for everyone here and for all requested prayers. Extra for Mandy, as my daughter too has had dark days, especially the last few months which is all the more exacerbated by the stabbing too years ago, so I know the path you walk and that your daughter walks as well. Prayers would be appreciated for my daughter too, although she does seem better the last couple of weeks. May everyone have a blessed day!

I watched a silly cat video and it reminded me of MonkeyFlower and how fleeting life is. So extra prayers for all. I miss her and even though I only ever spoke on the phone with her, she was a part of my life. So God Bless all!

I still have a copy of her AV she had me make with a mask on it for her.
