Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
I am back ! I got my computer back an hour ago. The hard drive was replaced, and a few other things. $140 for the parts, which is so much cheaper than another computer. I was told there are other parts that are wearing out in this old thing, that replacement parts are not available to fix it. I was told next time is slows to a crawl, I have to replace the computer.I hope this old thing lasts me a few months, and I will save up some money to buy a new one. Since my daughters boyfriend works at a major electronics chain, he can find a good one on sale for me, when I need to replace this dinosaur.
I appreciate all the prayers, my Friends !

Prayers needed !!!

My middle daughter Elizabeth and the other employees at her workplace, were notified today that they had to get the jab by November 24th, or submit to weekly testing at the EMPLOYEES expense.A neighboring community offers free testing, but it is the foot long Q-tip up the nose, which Elizabeth absolutely cannot have !
Elizabeth was born with a severe total cleft of the lip and palate. When she was born, her nose was split, and off to the side of where it should have been. Her upper gum, which was split, stuck straight out of her mouth. She had no roof in her mouth. She had many surgeries at Shriners from the time she was a little baby. Many bone grafts, cartilage grafts, tissue grafts, etc. They took pieces of her ribs and her hip bone to reconstruct her face. Her nose is especially delicate, and she absolutely cannot have anything shoved up her nose.
Elizabeth absolutely will not take the jab, and since the foot long Q-tip up her nose is the only test available for free in our area, she would have to pay out of pocket for the saliva test once a week.
This is not an option for her. She has 4 children to support, and she makes only $10.65 an hour, even though she has been at her job for years, and is a manager. She cannot afford the saliva test. She also is infuriated that her employer is forcing the employees to do this, because of the crap from D.C. She says she will quit, and find another job. I told her to let them fire her, because if there is a chance this covid garbage blows up, she might have legal recourse in the future.
Prayers needed for Elizabeth, for strength, perseverance, and to find another job when the hammer comes down next month.
 Quoting: Tiger One

I'm glad the computer problem is resolved for now. I am the queen of asking "please let it last a few more months" to virtually every necessity in my life, so I can relate!

As for Elizabeth, certainly there must me a medical exemption for her. This makes me so angry. I agree with your advice to let them fire her. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be praying for her. Best case scenario may be that she finds a company that values her as a human being, and pays better too.

Yeah, when I replace something, it is totally dead and can't be fixed.I drive a 1995 Lincoln, and won't give it up until it drops dead or someone totals it.

Elizabeth has a religious exemption form, but even with the exemption, she still would have to get tested weekly at her expense because she is not getting the jab. What is so ironic about this, is the employees were told they would all be getting a "covid" bonus on November 24th, for having worked like dogs during the plandemic, and that is the last day they have to prove they got the jab, or produce a negative test. I hope she gets that bonus before she gets fired.I think she can get a job anywhere that doesn't require a jab. She has an extremely strong work ethic.

In contrast, my youngest daughter has a valid medical exemption, and no one has bothered her at all at her workplace, about needing a jab or weekly testing. She would walk before she would take the jab. She would probably walk before she would be forced to be tested weekly, also. She is currently getting her finances in order, if the worst case scenario would happen. In about 3 months, if everything goes OK, she will be debt free and in a good financial position.

Where my youngest daughter's boyfriend(he is the one who fixed my computer) works at, all of the employees have to wear a mask, even though most of them got the jab. He didn't get the jab.No weekly testing, as of yet.

Prayers needed !!!
 Quoting: Tiger One

I think you are right about letting them fire her. Perhaps she can sue through the American with Disabilities Act and get unemployment as well. It sounds like she would have a good case. Also, praying for her to find an employer who is not compromised.

On Elizabeth, definitely let them fire her. That's insane.

As to where it's going, I fully believe they're implementing the MotB here. It's going to get a lot worse, too. So try to get your local like minded networks in order.

Prayers for Elizabeth. Make them fire her. She cannot comply. My sinuses are also non-standard equipment and no way would I let them stick that poisoned Q-tip anywhere but the waste can.

Blessings on us all!

Tiger1, tell Elizabeth to get the weekly test done at Meijer, they do them for free and they let you know within 24 hours.
I know someone doing just that, he says most times they text him before he gets home. Even if it's just to stay long enough for here bonus money.

She needs a saliva test. Her nose was totally reconstructed on the inside with cartilage, tissue, and bone from her ribs and hip.Her nose is still crooked and malformed on the inside. She was supposed to have had one more surgery when she was 15, to correct the rest of it. My ex husband told her she didn't have to get it done. So, it was never finished up. He died from non-hodgkins lymphoma, when Elizabeth was 17.

As I have gotten more ill instead of better the past ten days, my doc has emailed me telling me to get a PCR test. He said the FNP I also see there was extremely ill as I and had two negative tests before finally showing positive while all the while growing more and more sick.

FWIW, no fever, just 'brain fog' and extreme pain throughout my body to the point I am getting at most one to two hours sleep daily for those that may be curious.
