Praise God! Dad is coming home and will have home health. I should be able to pick him up within two hours once all the discharge routine is done.

Good morning everyone, you are in my prayers and I thank all of you for your prayers.

The last two nights are the first time in close to a year that I slept undisturbed the entire night--what a difference eight hours of sleep makes!!! Nothing disturbed me as I slept; I thank God and all of you for your prayer in effecting that.

May God hold you and keep you, your families, father returned home for care, all safe from harm and watched over by his faithful servants.

That isn't meant for here that was a twitter statement by me and I am not used to ecumenicals. So...I'll hold firm on that statment. I am not stating that the division is false. I am rather poorly stating that WWG1WGA, as Christians, your predeliction for Theology does not matter at this time. Nor does mine. Be Here2Help, the most basic of Christian virtues, is what matters right now.

Well the photographs of the mail to be delivered today or tomorrow include an envelope from the United States Court.

This is the lawsuit over my home with the bank.

Please keep myself, Mrs., and kitties in your prayers. We are in no position to be able to move, physically or financially, and simply pray this is resolved with a positive result for us and no loss of home.

Thank you BC, I shall. This was began four years ago when my injuries from the auto accident made me three months late on the mortgage. I offered to make a payment and a half and it would have been caught up in six months.

But they would not accept my payments plus partial payments to catch up and so here we sit four years later with over $100,000 in penalties and fees added to my mortgage that the bank wants paid in full up front, no loan, just cash or direct transfer of funds we don't have.

Their demand was "legally outrageous" and the fact I am in the home four years later, them still refusing to accept payments should prove they have no immediate need to sell my home out from under me when all I have asked is to resume payments and they have refused to accept them for four years.

I wrote and filed an over 120 page legal 'complaint' which I filed with the court and had served on my bank asking $4,000,000 in damages to get their attention. I don't expect the damages sought to be paid, rather a equitable settlement reached.

We have however paid off every credit card, three loans for home improvements, a vehicle, and all but about $2,000 in two remaining loans I pay on twice monthly in those four years.

So our future and lives truly hang in the balance on the judge's decision. I demanded a jury trial as juries are 90% harsher in extending criminal punishment than judges in similar cases; my hope a jury would be angered by the banks handling of this.

I should have been a lawyer vs. engineer, but my work as an engineer has saved many peoples lives, so overall I believe I have better served humanity.

He is doing much better. He is mobile with his walker and doing well with therapy, off the pain meds and back to his sharp self.

I really think he is thriving again now that he is back home.

Nice to hear that soem have good news. Hopefully Loius can give up some positive news too soon.
