Well your prayers are working!

The legal researcher just emailed that despite the COVID-19 measure of having a US District Court Drop Box that is emptied daily at 9:00 AM, we are not late as long as I hand-deliver and it is time-stamped before the court clerk's office closes today.

So now I just need it by 2:30 so I may print it at my office, then hand-deliver it to the US Court Clerk's office.
