Prayers said for all. grouphug

I woke up this morning, and went out to feed the outside cats, and there was a face board that fell off my back steps. It was screwed in, and still fell off, so I assume the wood is deteriorating.I did buy the sealant expanding foam at Home Depot yesterday. Today I have to go to the dentist so I plan on plugging holes in the foundation Wednesday or Thursday, as it is supposed to be a bit warmer.Plus I expect to be miserable after the dentist visit, as I sure was the last visit.

I want to thank you all for the prayers. Even though more things are falling apart over here, I feel very calm.I am leaving it all in God's Hands, and am thankful for what I do have.

Tiger, many hugs and prayers for your path to be made clear as only He can make it. hf

Taking hubby to the doctor today. He plugged his ears up with wax trying to clean them and I can't get them unplugged. Also going to see if perhaps we can get a low dose naltrexone scrip to try to address this chronic fatigue problem. And he's super dang grumpy, cranky and hostile. Makes it even more difficult.

We'll see what happens. I'm just at my wits end. We did have a conversation yesterday about being thankful and praising Yah in all things. It can be difficult to remember to do that. #MeToo....

Psalms 149
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;
7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 150
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

Haggai 2

18 Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD’S temple was laid, consider it.
19 Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.

20 And again the word of the LORD came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth day of the month, saying,
21 Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth;
22 And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother.
23 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

I don't know why that happens or what makes it stop. Until my twenties I would need to see a doctor every couple of years who took a syringe big enough to give a horse a shot
and filled it with warm water and inserted it in my ear and flushed out.

I swear an inch long wax plug would come out of each.

Praying Mr. FP will find relief in his ear cleaning.

Ear candling was amazing. It is 'illegal' in Canada but easy to buy them anyhow. What a neat experience it was the few times I have done it.

Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
Prayers needed.

My gosh my mouth is so sore from the dentist this afternoon. The total reconstruction of my mouth has been going on for 1 1/2 years, and is not over yet. My lower jaw looks like the inside of the mouth of the villain from the Bond movie, lots of steel. Today the dentist had to unscrew and re-screw in the posts in my lower jaw several times. That really hurts, and unfortunately I cannot be numbed or given pain meds because of my allergies.Hopefully I can get the temporary put in the bottom in a couple of weeks.

Maybe some really good news.Some unexpected money came in, and I can now put a small down payment on a house.Maybe even better news. My daughters are going nuts trying to find me another home, as this house is literally crumbling around me. My youngest thinks she found one, and we are looking at it tomorrow at 5pm.It has everything I am looking for, and then some, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full basement, and is half the size of this crumbling behemoth. The absolute bonus is the fact it has a coach house in the back with a 2 car garage on the lower level, and an apartment upstairs.If this place pans out, it will take care of my housing needs, and my oldest daughters.I get the front, and she gets the back.

The elderly lady that was living in that house has been put in a nursing home, and the family just wants to get rid of the house. We can get it dirt cheap, but have to clean it out. We will have to get a dumpster, as there is a lot of stuff in the house, and the family doesn't want to deal with it.We will donate to charity anything that is good that I can't use.The house has beautiful hardwood floors that will need refinishing, and the hideous colors on the inside will be taken care of with some paint.The exterior of the house and the yard are perfect. My daughters and their friends will help with the cleaning, painting,moving, etc.

So, I really need you all to pray for me that this house is a decent place for me to live, and nothing major turns up. We have been very disappointed at the few houses we have looked at so far.All of them were high priced and had major problems.The house we are looking at tomorrow is about 1 mile south of my current home, and in a lot better neighborhood.

Awesome, Tiger! I pray that His will be done for you and that if this is indeed the perfect place, that the doors and windows of heaven fly open and allow you to get it!

Had a visit with a young doctor who is very into natural medicine. Got the ears cleaned out, and he can hear again, we will return for some blood work and discussion on the chronic fatigue. The guy is fantastic! Someone we can work with. Interested in what is causing the problem not prescribing meds to fix the symptoms. Very cool. And, a major, monumental blessing...Sliding scale, too! He asked if we'd tried ear candles, too. And we hadn't, but I am getting some for the future.

So very happy about that, Just giving praise to our Father who loves us so much and who answers our problems often before we define them.

He is AWESOME!

I'm a new member, so if my posting here isn't allowed, my apologies. My dad's going in for a heart procedure tomorrow morning. Has a good projected outcome but needless to say, I am in a pretty dark place with worry. Just praying God will keep him safe tomorrow.

Indeed you are welcome here and yourself and father are in my prayers for successful surgery and your relief from worry.
Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country,
don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy.
