Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
Lost my son today to TDS/QDS...I guess this means I am family-less at this point. I wanted a Kyle Rittenhouse/Codemonkey Ron sort of son. I got a child that, isn't either. Not even as a jigsaw. So being a free agent...I'm just up for becoming prayer instead. I'll just keep praying for Guidance for all.
 Quoting: Lance Roseman From BC

Praying for your son to find his wisdom; I think we all rebel at that age.

Prayers please. My father is dying. He is 99 and has lived long. It is still difficult. I am glad he is home with me and not elsewhere. I thank the Lord for that. He is a WW II Veteran. Purple Heart. The VA is jerking me around on his final benefits. I want him to pass knowing Jesus and with comfort. Thank you.
 Quoting: Meadow Hawk

I'm glad he can be home with someone that loves and will give him the peace and comfort he needs.

Just Love, Prayers and Hugs for you all.

You can't have a rainbow without the rainstorm first.
 Quoting: MySoul

I learned as a child, It's always darkest just before you see the light.

I fed Mr. Blackwell the feral cat last night as my kitties were coming in for the evening but as I reached for the stair rail my right leg gave out so my reach missed.

As I fell, I twisted around and fell face first down six cement steps to the concrete deck striking my right shoulder and landing on both hands and my forehead.

My knees are scuffed, my right shoulder feels sprained, and I have a general ache all over exceeding my ability to pull myself up.

Nothing feels broken, but every place that was sore, stiff, and had arthritis setting in just bent, flexed, and moved to the max.

I think I'll spend the day on and under blankets on the den floor. Anything else is too much.
 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

Prayers said, my Friend ! I am still sore from my fall last Sunday, so I can feel for you !

Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

This was mentioned by Mr. Wood. I would like to add prayers of blessings upon Mr. Wood and Mrs. Powell as they take on the DS asshats in their own uniQue ways. May God see fit to keep them firmly upon their paths to freeing the American people and hence the rest of the world.

praying for Louis and Meadow and for all who come on here...

I got hit with some bad news yesterday... regarding my work... I already knew but it was still a shock to get the paperwork in the mail ... I don’t know how to hint around it and I just don’t feel comfortable telling the whole story right now, but I am losing my health, life insurances, etc., unless something drastically changes..l might go ahead and write about it another time. I am feeling very human, very much falling so short, although I know I did right, because this is not my fault except I chose to stay with my husband because working would have meant exposure... I put him first and I know that was right, but it’s a big financial hit...we will survive though..

I am not sick, but I worry a lot, so seeing Psalm 91 helps.

I am sorry, Lance. That has to be very painful, but hopefully he will come around as he gets a little older..,also perhaps as truth comes out in the next few weeks...my daughter has a tendency towards the TDS, but she has managed it so far...I try to avoid politics at all costs...

Please say a prayer for my daughter. She is working up in central Florida and I am worried about her. She got a bad blister on her hand and she is having trouble keeping it covered while she works..the band aids keep coming off due to what she does (theme park related) she is seasonal now and I fear for want of a bandaid, her health may be lost...

Husband is doing well atm, but remains so very fragile. I am doing my best to take care of him.

Thanksgiving brings so many memories..good and bad and this year is really tough it seems.. Idk yet if I will be able to see daughter this year and it really hurts...I miss her so much.

Louis I pray you feel better soon, you too Tiger...
Meadow
I know how the VA can be all too well. Just spend as much time with your dad as you can and try to talk about happy memories and give him things to smile and laugh with you. Hold his hand a lot too.

Thinking and praying for you all and I am grateful for you all...

Yes, everything will work out accordingly. Worry feeds the dark. Fear feeds the dark, anguish and confusion, feed the dark. In fact anything but light, feeds the dark. Everything will work out as it should. I'm not overly worried about my son nor my daughter. They will see in the end.
The Sword of the Gospel

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Take up Your Cross

(Matthew 16:24-28; Mark 8:34-38; Luke 9:23-27)

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

This is not an easy path. If it were, would it have any merit? Flashy Christianity praying for riches? Meh. Just pray for guidance because we have Free Will and that is the only thing we really need to pray for. It is simple and precise.

Prayers and hugs for you ! I am still limping from the fall last Sunday. Friday I had to do something I didn't want to do, but was necessary. I am trying to thin out everything over here, slowly but surely. I had given a piece of my late husbands jewelry to each one of the kids and grandkids, but there was more left. I took the jewelry, including some of mine, back to the jewelry store where they were purchased many years ago, and sold them all back. They were really generous with me, to say the least. I cried all day Friday, as this was so hard to do, in particular the ring with his initials.
Saturday I took a chunk of the money I got from the jewelry, and bought all the Christmas presents for the kids and grandkids.I hung onto and leaned on the cart for support, so even with the ouchie hip, I was able to zip through the store and get it done.I am done holiday shopping. That is a good thing, as I badly sprained or broke my left wrist getting into my car when I had finished shopping. I somehow snagged my left thumb on the steering wheel as I was sliding into the car, and it went "crack" at the base of the thumb. It is swollen, but I am going to Church anyway this morning.
All of us are being tested, my Friend. I expect it to get a lot worse, but God will sustain us.

I don't know if this is a blessing or curse: earlier this year I lost all perception of the passage of time.

I awakened at 6:03 AM. took my insulin, took my prescriptions, used the bathroom, and let the cats out.

I now see it is 10:15 AM I didn't sleep, I did less than ten minutes of doing anything. Where did the time go?

That's a rhetorical question. Everything exists in the eternal present, I just lost my place in it for what we call four hours.

Four hours is nothing if compared to eternity.

Time has become maleable. I get confused by days of the week and stick to moon cycles. Waxing gibbous. Full in 10 sleeps. Having no set schedule makes for some funky stuff mentally. It is always now. For instance the clock says it it 7:07 am and that the sunrise is in 23 minutes. Techincally, I should be asleep but I had sort of a party night so I am not. The lockdown thing (meaningless to me really) has morphed time into spime. Ie space and time are no longer seperate entities.

As an aside...Louis...did you find your need for insulin lessened? RSO did that for a woman in Toronto. She had two weeks (back in the day) of not needing it at all. I dunno what to eat today. I should prolly sleep (but prolly won't)I ate saganaki and some dips last night/whatever...perhaps I should go for salmon patties? There is fresh dill in the fridge. I dunno...that for like 10-12 hours from now.

I find I have less of an appetite with the RSO.

I have had to cut my all day insulin from 50 to 35 units and use less now when I eat.

So yes, it has reduced the need for insulin and the loss of feeling in my hands and feet while using the anti-inflammatory has lessened, I can feel again.

Some of you may wonder why I posted these verses that SEEM to be just for folks at the "End Times" of the Great Tribulation.

IF you think about it though...they can ALSO mean...

1. The end of a "trial" / "test" (think Job).

2. The end of your human "physical" life.

In other words, remain steadfast in your faith, belief and TRUST in Father God and His Son Jesus / Yeshua.

horn2 hi hugs

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
I know I've been quiet on this thread. As I'm still going through a lot of things in my life, I find myself in a valley and the Spirit of God keeps telling me to hold fast and wait on Him.

I haven't read my Bible in months and I haven't went to church in months, but I still pray for my wife and kids twice a day and still strive to live an obedient life to Christ. And I remain faithful to God and His word (I think I have most of it memorized by now anyway.)

I can't say enough how richly blessed I am that I still see people sending me messages and giving me green to let me know they are still praying for me and being supportive of me. I'm eternally grateful for your love and kindness and prayers. I hope God rewards you greatly for what good things you've done for me and others.

Some days are harder than others for most everyone here. I know it is true for me. Sometimes I have to make myself read the Bible and other times I just can't stop reading. Just keep pressing on forward, keep the faith, try to live and follow Christ, if you fall short repent and do the best you can.

Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.

Those verses are a good reminder to keep enduring and trust God.

Re: Prayer Thread Part 3.
I am going back and reading over all needs and praying over yall.

Love yall hf

Please keep my family/extended family in prayer, so much going on that it would take a page to write out.

On the bright side, today my husband, who I have been with for 14 years, and I celebrate 10 years of marriage! We have been together since I was 18 and he was 22, so you can imagine the growing up we have done together and the trials we have been through. We love each other so much, he has become such a great man, and I am so thankful to God for bringing us together forever!
