PRAISE REPORT !!!

I have a cash buyer for the old house !!! I dropped the price to rock bottom, and will lose money, but it will be gone and off my hands !!! A neighbor is buying it for his son who needs a 4 bedroom house.My old house is a 5 bedroom, but we had used the 5th bedroom for my late husbands art studio and music room. I was perfectly honest with what all had to be done, as I refuse to be dishonest with anyone about the condition of the house.They need to know what they are getting themselves into. The neighbor is a handyman, so he has no problem taking on all the work that has to be done. PRAISE GOD !!!

I have learned patience with all the house drama these past few months. God hears and answers all prayers. Sometimes He says yes, sometimes He says no, and sometimes He says WAIT !!!
