It didn't go smoothly, but my old house is SOLD !!! PRAISE GOD !!! I was there at the title company at 10am to sign in person, but the buyer was signing electronically. His electronically sent papers would not go through ! We all waited 2 hours, and then the lady told me we were going to proceed with my portion, and then when the buyers came through, they would finalize everything. Well,the buyer ended up having to go there in person, at 4:30 this afternoon. I got a call from the title company a few minutes before 5, saying that he had come in, and my check will be sent overnight delivery.

I was bawling my eyes out at the title company, but calmed down after I left. I just left the mess in God's Hands, and it was finally straightened out later.
