I am calling the Vet soon, to see how Jewel is doing. Jewel is about 12. Some of you might remember when I adopted her from a shelter a few years ago, after my Sheba died. I know the outcome of this is bad, but I am glad I gave her the love, care,and attention, she never had before, in her last years. From what the shelter lady had told me, the people who had her and another dog, didn't take care of them.
