Guys/gals, do your best not to catch this latest sick thing going around. It just doesn't go away. I felt good yesterday, today back to crap. Going on 4 weeks now, whatever it is, it gets into your lungs.
Stay safe, wash your hands none stop.

I am here to testify. You should take 3/day. I usually take them in the morning with my liposomal vitamin c and my vitamin d. Clear lungs has gotten me through many rough patches and since I had what I believed to be COVID, back before they were testing, my lungs have never been the same. Also, adding Manuka Honey UMF 15 or 20 really helps as well. I take 1 heaping tsp daily...just make sure you use a plastic spoon because metal spoons do something to the honey. At night, I use Vick's on my chest,or sometimes Tiger Balm, to help loosen things up in my lungs.
