I've missed you greatly my dear friends. I was not ready to return to being online behind being injured in a fall from the truck and ongoing issues at home.

I have always believed that some of the people we meet are actually Angels; some of you certainly may be.

I saw the show I have linked below twenty-six years ago and cried uncontrollably then, as I have now wept seeing it again.

Watching it was then and remains very worth the forty-five minutes of one's life it requires. It is to me, powerfully inspirational, conveys an important message, and reminds me of what so many of us all too often forget: God speaks to us in ways that we can hear and understand, but only if we take the time to listen.

I was reminded of this messages' importance as I began watching it. Reminded by a message I listened to: lightning is now surrounding my home, yet the sun is shining brightly, the temperature warm, no rain is within forty miles, and there is no cloud in the sky. My weather station is chirping like a smoke alarm with every strike and even my phone is urgently saying "Lightning has been detected near you!"

In the story below a man makes a terrible mistake and may have killed three people, yet someone named Luke comes into his life and by his words and kindness convinces that man to take the time to listen and consider what our actions may do to others.

And then a miracle occurs.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. It is from a science fiction program from the 1990's yet provides a testimony better than many sermons.
