tiger1 I’m saying prayers for you and your family. I remember how proud you were in those messages. I hope everything is well.

I have been struggling a bit, idk I guess my mortality caught up to say hi. I think I think too much if that makes any sense. Your an inspiration for all you have been through. I will give of course and would love to get prayers from anyone really 😕.

Surrounded by boxes here! Last sleep in the house I have had for 17 years. Moving over to temp accomodation tonight, so a lot of basics have to be moved today. Furniture collected for storage on Friday (Still have to pack the kitchen and lots of bits) Basic clean at the weekend and then the keys to the Estate Agent on Wednesday morning. Just hope the new property doesn't take too long.


Tiger, I think you are being told to rest! I hope you get over the bug as it sounds horrible.

Simple, rest for you too! Praying for healing. When I did a test at home to go to the dentist, I blew my nose into a hankie and then used that for the swab.

I need prayer for what is happening with my body. Doctors are not finding anything or helping me and I feel like I am losing my life health and body.
Something is wrong but it's not showing up in lab tests.
Please I need urgent help. Say a prayer for me please.

I feel for you, as it was strange to sleep in a new home after being in the old one for 20 years. Prayers said for a smooth transition !

Honestly, I don't miss my old home at all, but I do miss the pond and the extensive gardens. Most of all, since my middle daughter Elizabeth and her family were right across the alley from my old house, I terribly miss having my grandchildren greet me frequently when I was dog walking. They would pile by their back door and yell "Hi Grandma" as the dogs and I would pass by !

Sometimes when I feel at my lowest I put on praise and worship music. It lifts me up and puts me in that realm that I can touch the hem of his garment.

I can't be sure, but I think we all had that damn bug, last time we were sick. What ever it was, it was bad. I'm not 100% over the crap. Still a little stuffed up with a little cough.

Never lost my smell, but everything smells the same, like a weird smell, can't explain the smell, just weird.

Stay safe out there, seem like every time you get this crap, it's worse.

Take zinc. Loss (or diminished) smell and taste are a symptom of zinc deficiency. Your body uses up your zinc stores fighting viruses.

I take it daily with my C and D. Hope you get all healed up!

Prayers for all of us suffering physically and spiritually whether for ourselves or for others. We are all in need of God's healing Grace, but many of our group are being burdened far beyond the norm. Special prayers for all of us today!

I agree with this. I feel so much worse than the first time.

COVID causes olfactory nerve dysfunction in your nose but it is not permanent. My son completely lost smell and taste but with smell stimulation (smelling 5 different strong smells, a couple of times a day) he was able to regain his smell. The taste eventually came back on its own.

Praying you are finally able to be totally rid of it.
