Today was a little better. Pain was on a level of 5. Vertigo was way off the scales. mentally doing a bit better. Reading a bible chapter every 4 hours, asking God to speak to me through it and how to apply it to my life. I usually pause, read it again, and ask God to continue guiding, instructing, and forming me through the passage.


Was a little depressed today, but after doing that earlier I was doing a lot better. I actually pray prior to reading and ask God to guide me to the right chapter to read. So far it has opened my eyes on several things.
