I am taking one financial hit after another the past couple of months or so. Car repairs, a few medical bills, and plumbing issues.
I had to replace my cracked toilet last week, but my bathroom needs a total overhaul.The toilet still needs the flange replaced, and the jet tub that doesn't work, needs a new drain. My faucets leak real bad also. The floor in the bathroom is in horrible shape structurally. When the people that previously owned this house had the jet tub put in, they cut and removed a large section of the sub floor to put a drain in, and just halfway patched it. The tile floor is cracked everywhere, and is buckled in one spot. I got a guy coming out tomorrow for an estimate. I know the whole floor will have to be ripped out and redone.
I will get a standard tub put in, as the jet tub doesn't work, and the drain can only get replaced once the jet tub is removed anyway. The sink isn't in the best shape either, so it's going to get replaced too. My plumbers will put in the flange and the new drain for the tub, and connect the new fixtures once the floor is redone.

I am not happy with the mess I know I will have here soon, but it has to be done. I know the cost is really going to be a killer. :(
