This year is starting out as a tough one as a few others have said on this thread. I am finding myself having a tough one too, but I do know God is in it right there with me as He is with all of us. Praying for us all to get through this tough patch and for God to lead us out. I do feel like there is something better on the other side of it all.   Such an uplifting post NOLAangel. Thank you. Tiger - make sure you keep warm if lots of construction works need doing. Doors wide open etc. Bastetcat - Just love and support Fortunately I have double entrance doors in the front and back of the house, which will help.I am sincerely thinking about putting another door where the foyer is in the front. The previous owners removed it. That would give me 3 doors to come into the front of the house, and help keep the cold out. I am just trying to go with the flow, as God is in control of all this mess, not me. The house is mostly repaired, except for the bathroom and the kitchen floor. I just got to hang in there a little longer. God put me in this house for a reason.
