Yes, classic self defense. He even obeyed the states rule of fleeing, he ran until it was too dangerous to blindly keep on running. And its all on tape.

This is corruption of the judicial and it has to called out by huge numbers of people.

The left can't be the only loud group, so a minority wins over a silent, never raising its voice majority of sane people who expect real laws, not corrupt pandering to the left overrides of the real ones.

This is self defense. You have to prove its not 100% without a shadow of a doubt and those videos are vastly more than that.

The 17 year old with a weapon in that state is a misdeamer class A. But its not what he has been charged with.

And that is the only charge they should be debating with tons of video evidence including something being thrown at his head while running, possibly even the guy with the red shirt and gun firing at him and getting his friend instead, possible. Ballistics would show that. But something was thrown at him in such a manner that he felt endangered if he just kept running.

That state does not allow you to stand your ground, you have to flee. He did, he obeyed that rule, and many videos show that.

Until he didn't feel safe doing that any longer. The other 2 instances, the skateboard beating and the gun you mentioned in your thread are also self defense.



The only thing they even have a chance on charging is the 17 year old weapon charge and it is an misdeemer.

If you watch the video carefully, when assailant #3 (now AKA "Lefty") was confronting Kyle, he feigned surrender with hands out in front of himself and stopped advancing. At that point Kyle lowered the rifle, but then Lefty lunged at him, at which point Kyle fired and hit him in the arm.

Lefty will live to regret his decision for the rest of his life. Kyle faces a long legal fight but will be exonerated for self defense reasons.

The hi-res still photos of the 3 dingbats clearly illustrate the drop kick by assailant #1, bash to the head with a skateboard by assailant #2, and being threatened by Lefty with a handgun.

When Kyle is freed, the left will go absolutely bat shit crazy, re-starting a perpetual "peaceful protest" cycle.
