get your fingers up under the collar bone, get a thumb deep into the meat under the collar bone or up under the arm pit...

if you are weaker than your attacker, use these as distractions to attack other ways, eye gouges, genital blows...

never ever, anywhere, have you been able to escape custody and make it out fine... you get away from the cops arresting you they are going to kill your ass..

if you are under arrest you are deemed DANGEROUS TO THE PUBLIC. it's then the cops jobs to protect the public from a dangerous threat.. and now that you've escaped, the immediate threat must be STOPPED.

In this country every citizen has the exact same rights of arrest and self defense a police officer does, PRECISELY.

The only exception is a citizen cannot affect an arrest on a charge which is not a state jail offense, for the simple reason most of the misdemeanor laws dont involve an actual victim. If it is a violent misdemeanor like an assault and battery, a citizen can make a misdemeanor arrest.

A citizen can also arrest a uniformed police officer in the commission of a crime, lawfully, but doing so would inevitably result in his death.

For instance "disorderly conduct" is a victimless crime, as would be simple trespass,
