$$$$ Tax Holiday intel, PR said no info from IRS yet

Just called my payroll company about how to handle the executive order our president gave for a payroll tax holiday starting 9/1, and they said something to the effect of no directions from the IRS yet, so we'll see how next week goes, but according to the EO, it should start next week, 9/1.

So, is the IRS going to go against an executive order from our president, or is this more demonrat tampering, or is my payroll company in bed with the librats?
