This has been happening for 4 years and that entire time Rand Paul has been trying to release these criminals from jail. Old people have had stuff thrown on them, beaten up, Rand himself has been beaten up by a psychopath.

Now he gets yelled at on the street once and now it's a problem.

I used to be a libertarian and I voted for his father, but Rand needs to pull his head out of his ass and live in reality.
