Where I live everyone is under the influence of psychotropic drugs. I boil white residue out of my water every day of the week. My kettle is good for like six boils before it needs to be descaled again because the base is so thick with whatever it is. But I can't descale it twice a day.

So, I jar the water and let it settle before running it through the Brita. I leave 3/4 of an inch at the bottom and it is always a murky, cloudy mess of something that nobody wants to be drinking. Unless it's like the first six boils.

He's not actually advocating to "enhance" the water. He's inciting hate and violence against himself and those around him.

He's also enhanced his odds of having someone he considers a friend or comrade to him enhancing HIS drinks. At some point. People "get it."

I know. The water supply .. I do not want to see that day when we can no longer drink the water but instead have to drink liquids supplied as emergency rations for survival.. you will drinkrake it what ever is in it.

if warranted do it by physically controlling the person but dont violate their internal autonomy

how can you value human life at all if you're willing to treat others as not an individual but a system of components, and start modifying or controlling some of those components in order to get the desired behavior from the whole, the individual ?
