That video is BS. It mixes enough fact to make it look legit to non-experts, but it doesn't change the face it is utter horseshit.

I could list a dozen reasons, but here are aome...

There is no document with the title on the 1st slide. There is a similar document, but it is just about developing quantum networking tech.

That tech is nowhere close to being ready for commercialization.

There is no AI that functions like described.

Implementing this if it would even be possible would require years of testing. There has not been one test of this nor single discussion about it.

Call it a different type of bookkeeping or banking system that does not need an accounting firm or bookies messing with your money, they will have to have some money for other purposes because it will not work except in transfers and banking ledgers. Watching the first video there's some big "red flags".. .big words that aren't real words like : "instantiation",but sound impressive. and it mentions "photonics" alot Photonics ( light based computer technology) has been demonstrated ,but is no where near actual production.
