December 1, 2008 was flying from Phil International to Dallas Forth Worth. Was an early flight we were just above the cloud index and saw a spherical metallic mirrored object - (seemed to almost mimic the clouds) rise out of the cloud index vertically, stop mid air, and then take off horizontally faster then the AA plane we were in. A few of us passengers saw it. This video and only one other since then seem to be what we saw.
