The policy will take effect immediately. LOLOLOL!!!! Can't wait to see the "science" that shows evicted tenants "spread" the virus more so than non-evicted tenants. I'm sure there's a pie-chart or graph involved somewhere. |

Just some people are better at hiding it than others." Everyone has to work out their own salvation. Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards. |

As a result, she alleges, her landlord began using aggressive tactics to force her out, including cutting off her utilities and sending maintenance workers to demand she leave. “I’m scared because I don’t want to move with the situation that’s going on with COVID, but I also don’t want to live in these conditions,” she said. “I’m constantly anxious and paranoid about what they’ll do next. I don’t feel safe.” |

Now, they need to keep the fake pandemic going in order to invoke their authority to prevent evictions, lest millions of people get kicked out of their homes due to loosing their income because of a fake pandemic. |

The Trump administration said it will use its quarantine authority to keep renters in their homes during the coronavirus pandemic as a way to prevent an eviction crisis that could worsen economic strains. I understand, they claim to be using the CDC, fourteen day quarantine. This has nothing to do with the virus and everything to do with massive unemployment. Especially with winter on the horizon. People tend to freeze in tent cities... |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77590476 United States 09/01/2020 05:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Landlords are either going to take matters into their own hands or simply walk away. More, September doom... Quoting: irked77 Agreed, doesn't anyone understand it is a ripple effect. Renter or mortgage holder doesn't pay their bill, then the landlord/mortgage company cannot pay theirs either! It will harm the landlords more than mortgage companies as mortgage companies mostly live off of interest anyway. That is crazy. Although I don't like the thought of people being evicted, somewhere people have to take responsibility for their purchases. I know this is a special situation but I bet people who can afford to make payments will just sit on the money. And, who can't make payments with the money the government has doled out recently? What about having a 6 month emergency savings. People spend way more than they can afford. It is sad and tragic, but I think it should be a case by case basis. I, know, I sound cruel. |

The policy will take effect immediately. What's the CDC have to do with evictions? Are these evictions of people who have tested positive for the virus and are in quarantine? Because that's the only scenario I can see where the CDC would have any say in "evictions". |
