Although the ChiComs DO have a larger Navy in RAW Numbers they have NO amphibious capability worth mentioning. They also count used and badly outdated craft which are hardly any tangible threat to the modernized U.S. Fleet.
A few hundred speed boats with guys holding RPG's is added to these numbers. Again yes they do have numbers but it really just makes for a nice target rich environment when it's weapons FREE-- time
Not to say they don't have some nice new specialty craft that deserve attention-- Rest assured those craft are on a constant watch list.

China will invade Japan next.
