This guy was on PCP at the time.. I want to know how many times police use these procedures and it happens to kill someone not on drugs.. Everyone single one of these people that die in these circumstances are on either high amounts of a few drugs.. or shit a drug like this PCP..

No, he was not on PCP, that is what the paramedic assumed and then convinced the cops was the issue. He was having a mental break down and should have been held at he hospital earlier instead of being sent home, because it was unclear if he was a harmful to himself. Even though he claimed he wanted to kill himself earlier that day. So in a way the sh*tty doctor of social worker is at fault too.
