You should try to track down the clip of Barack Obama when he was campaigning talking about how he needed to build his own civilian police force. He said we can't rely on the military we need to build our own army of citizens.

Then you look at the amount of guns and ammo that government agencies like even the IRS or social security ...LOTS of them all bought tons of guns and ammo when Barack Obama was president. The statistics are insane about how many guns and ammo was purchased by government agencies during his presidency.
