So in other words, it ain't pedophilia if there is a 10 year or less age difference between the predator and victim. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Weiner’s bill “would change how the sex offender registry treats gay relationships between young adults and minors.” In the context of the bill, this would mean sexual relationships between boys as young as 8 years old and 18 year old young men. Another way to put that is statutory rape. It is on Governor Newsom's desk awaiting his signature. |
