Prayer is merely asking his will be done through you, opening yourself as a vessel to the divine

Thats why scripture says don't pray like the gentiles, pray using the lords prayer

Asking god for things in prayer will get you nowhere, asking to be gods vessel and that his will be done through you is the intention

GOD granting your specific needs is a miracle
