Mt. Lebanon is one of 17 school districts in the county reporting MRSA infections, said Guillermo Cole, health department spokesman.

Countywide, he said, 104 MRSA infections have been reported this year, about half of them among children and teens. Last year, 55 cases were reported in the county. Mr. Cole said the increase could be due to better reporting and diagnosis.

The Contrail/Chemtrail Debate- AKA- The Chemtrail Declaration

For the past decade or so, people across the world have noticed a phenomenon of persistent tracks in the sky left by jets that develop into persistent, wispy cirrus type clouds. Even my three year old noticed these on his own and innocently enough calls them “sky scratchers”. Others call them “chemtrails”, and claim they are the result of a government spraying operation. Others refute that our government would ever do such a thing and claim they are only “persistent contrails”. It is my contention that the argument between chemtrails or persistent contrails is only superficial at best, and that legally and constitutionally it makes no difference.

‘The Constitution of our Country’ by the American Book Company states that ones’ liberty ends where it affects the liberty of another. It is my contention, whether they be chemtrails or only persistent contrails, that legally and constitutionally it makes no difference. This pollution and obstruction of the sky affects my liberty (and others) and is therefore unconstitutional. I have set up a time lapse camera aimed at the sky and have recorded many a day turned from blue into grey- with an obstructed sun, caused directly by jet airplanes. I have recorded this phenomenon time and again for posterity to be used as evidence. It is irrefutable. I can watch an entire days worth of air traffic in about twenty minutes or so. Never mind the fact that on time lapse photography one can notice an organized persistent spraying operation involving more than one plane that operates in patterns with great predictability (along with the normal airplane traffic with normal contrails that dissipate quickly). Also never mind the correlation that with every front that should bring potential precipitation into the southeast; as of late, instead of precipitation one can notice “persistent contrail” spraying the day before or the day of the front and the resulting little to no precipitation out of that front. The three seem to coincide…a front, “persistent contrail” spraying, and the result: high pressure and no precipitation. Never mind the correlation between the ‘exceptional drought’ in the southeast and the seemingly sharp increase in “persistent contrails”- coinciding with that ‘exceptional drought’ (what are the odds???). The simple fact is that time lapse photography shows a blue day turned into a grey day caused directly by jet traffic. This simple fact cannot be disputed. It interferes with my life through climate modification and, at the very least, obstruction of the sun (not to mention my pursuit of happiness) and is therefore constitutionally illegal. People have a right to fly up to the point where it doesn’t interfere with my right to have blue skies (or rain- as the Creator so deems).

I took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to protect it against enemies- both foreign and DOMESTIC…so do all the leaders and military members of our great nation. If our government is so broken that they can’t address this issue and redress our grievances and have some accountability on this issue then it is our job to do something about it. If I have to single-handedly overthrow the criminal element within our government, by violent means if necessary, to restore our constitutional liberties; then so be it- it is my civic responsibility to do so. Kapish? I would much rather have leadership that would examine this spraying program and the illegality thereof (…where’s the EPA when you need them- as this most definitely qualifies as a form of environmental pollution), than single-handedly fight a revolution. But, if I have no representation before the Federal government, then it is my legal right and civic responsibility to do so; and under the circumstances, cannot be considered treasonous. I have a nephew in the Albany NY area who nearly died of necrotising facseitis, Flesh eating disease, about ten years ago. Now both of his children are autistic. Last year his sister and brother-in-law had a battle with MRSA and are doing well. These are not inner city people, but up-scale suburbanites. And there has never been any autism in our large Albany-Irish clan which we can trace back several generations. What's the connection I wonder?

Let’s suppose for a moment that TPTB are indeed controlling the long term climate and water resources of the southeast through the use of spraying chemtrails. What could be the long term goals of the operation?

A) Population reduction? Perhaps biological agents such as e-coli and staph are used in chemtrail spray as a means of a double-blind method of culling a small amount of population…apparently the young and elderly. Perhaps this method of delivery wasn’t too reliable and therefore climate control was the next best thing (besides a genetically engineered avian flu).

B) Race wars? Perhaps climate control will be used to divide the population between the haves/have nots. In Atlanta, this would generally (but not entirely), divide the population according to race. Would FEMA step in and distribute water and food or would they disappear or be slow to respond as in Katrina. Perhaps the supplies they did distribute would be contaminated with something.

C) Social experiment? Perhaps they are “softening” the southeast area for a one-two punch. If the southeast were hit by a nuclear or “dirty” attack perhaps TPTB would want more casualties by reducing the populations’ water and food resources. Or perhaps they just want to see how a major urban area will deal with shortages.

D) Hurricane Reduction? The TPTB response to Katrina. This doesn’t make sense for the fact that chemtrails are sprayed in winter also.

E) Military branch divisions? Perhaps 911 was an inside job and splintered the services. Atlanta holds several Air Force bases. The Air Force controls the nukes- perhaps they’re not playing along with a long term goal of nuking Iran. Judging from some recent jet aircraft crashes in N.GA, the NAVY are the ones spraying chemtrails.

F) Economic collapse? The southeast holds a large manufacturing base- such as the carpet factories in Dalton which takes lots of water (like Shaw Industries). A lot of business is conducted in Atlanta and Birmingham. Perhaps TPTB are liquidating US assets to pave the way for the Euro or Amero.

G) Artificial global warming? Perhaps climate control is being used to raise awareness and concern for a man-made or false phenomenon. Maybe this is to enact more strict controls/laws/taxes over oil so that someone profits (like somebody from TX).


These are just the obvious talking points. I’m sure there are others. Just to play it safe, I urge everyone to store at least a small amount of food and water. Personally, I have measured what I can get by with on the consumption of drinking water. Three gallons/week per person is what I am comfortable with (just on drinking water- this does not take into account water for food preparation). For a family of three, a three month supply of water would be about 150 gallons. I urge everyone in the southeast to take this seriously and to store at least a small amount of drinking water before it is too late. This is not too preposterous because in my local newspaper (Friday, Oct 19 edition) an article states that in Grundy County, TN the local water utility may have as little as three days worth of water supply left in Laurel Lake (the district’s source of drinking water) according to a report issued by the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency….better safe than sorry.

To create more clouds or cloudcover would retain more heat.After the Next Solar Max we expect the Sun to move into a period of Low output. If this is the case by 2020 things will be very intresting. Quick peak next cycle then extened period of low output. All hints a of a future Ice Age.

Attempts are being made worldwide to create or to change weather and has been openly admitted that such factors as Ionsphere heating can produce atleast localized changes in the weather and perhaps a desired effect down stream by altering the jet stream . This is done by creating a buldge in the upper area's of the atmosphere to be more exact the Ionsphere wich extends down to the upper Troposphere wich is the lowest portion of Earth's atmosphere. It contains approximately 75% of the atmosphere's mass and almost all of its water vapor .
