We don’t want a slum lord either so keep up the maintenance or loose it. it's a business so expenses are written off taxes. maintenance is HOA so we split this and any assessments are shared with my broke-ass liberal neighbors, half of whom are retirees. believe me, I'm going to make a net profit off of this.
