Not exactly. 3rd degree assault is a misdemeanor up to 1 year, maybe probation. The Second degree robbery and conspiracy charges are felonies. 5 years on the robbery and 3 years on the conspiracy charge. If they get the max on all but the hate crimes adds up to 10 years. If served concurrently the longest sentence controls so they do 5 years behind bars. Even if they only get 2 years behind bars their lives are ruined with felony criminal records. The hate crimes come into play and they get a hanging judge they could get lit up and go away for a good long while.
