The White House Coronavirus Task Force’s latest report puts Oklahoma in the red zone, saying the state has the ninth-most new COVID-19 cases per capita and the fourth-highest test positivity in the country.


The report recommends closing bars, restricting indoor dining in some counties and requiring masks in metro areas or counties that have school-related cases. The report comes as metro areas have seen declining cases, but college towns and some rural counties have seen increases.
