I might face a warrant. I can deal with that, waiting in jail for 60 days to have court inside of jail where I can rebel and not wear a face mask and just be placed with the other rowdy inmates and released on time served.

I'm telling y'all to be like Daniel and let them find no fault in your actions to give them a reason to bring you to court. Even still they forced Daniel into a fault and threw him into the lion's den because he wouldn't obey the king's order.

If anyone finds fault with you here is what Jesus said to do, even if you're in the right, to avoid a situation like mine:

St. Matthew 5:25-26
Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

I might have to go to the lion's den. Over a face covering. Maintain your integrity, do not corrupt it. Stand for truth, life, Jesus, belief convictions, come what may.

I filed a motion to the DA to dismiss it for an offer to pay 250 and do 25 hours community service. Always try to make peace. Give up everything before they take you to jail and force vaccinate you. Evil world.

This is hypothetical, not legal advice.

Presuming there is no other requirement than merely wearing a “mask”, then wear a mask—with visibly wide mesh that medically is sufficient to your needs (don’t be so flagarrant as to enrage; your goal is marginal compliance within your medical needs).
Be polite, and say that it is compliance to the letter of the law (be sure to check the local laws too, sometimes there are multiple layer requirements, etc.).
Have any medical documentation on you that shows your breathing requirements and disabilities, and that the wider mesh is merely sufficient for your medical needs.
If denied, request documentation for the legal requirements.
Should they forcibly place a different, more stifling mask, let them know stringently, but nonviolently that you can’t breathe as well and show any visible medical distress that may occur.

While I believe the above is logical, the situation itself may not be.
Keep your civility.
