What does Netflix and back rub mean?

So I started talking to a girl the other day and this afternoon, I asked her what she was up to this weekend and she said not much. Then she said she would be up for Netflix and a back rub but nothing more.

Is she serious? Does she really not want anything more or is she trying to not come off slutty?
