When Napolitano was given his little "vacation" at Fox News, later returning a seemingly different man in terms of his commentary - especially the attacks on Trump - it was apparent to a lot of people that somebody was blackmailing him. The disposition of the plaintiff's criminal case; the probation being vacated, even with violations; the other guy being charged with exact same crimes getting a few years in prison; the siccing of cops on the plaintiff for filing the lawsuit; the terrorizing of the witness are all solid circumstantial evidence which is the primary form of evidence used in criminal cases so more than adequate in a civil case.
