What will happen when there is a no new pattern to create, follow, perform, or etc?

Kind of like the end of human psychology, except forced to perform same survival patterns such as eating, drinking, sleeping, bathroom, and work.

By making this post, I am creating a new pattern in some way. But human physiology and psychology principle remains. Nothing new.
