Dimensional Structure of Universe:I don't think that the 1st dimension or a linearly / sequential dimensions (eg. 1D, 2D, 3D, then 4D+) to existenize in that order. It is 4D+ that existenizes / observes lesser dimensions inwardly as follow: 4D+ > 3D > 2D > 1D Theoretical Function of Universe:Life Directionality
The life directionality is a concept improvised and built by based on an older concept formerly called, "Adaptive Semi-Determinism" or "ASD", which I developed a long while ago and talked at length about it from time to time.
The life directionality is my attempt to describe the natural life directionality or "mechanism" between everything in the world and beyond if any, as constructed and seen in my head.
The definitions by myself for the life directionality concept as presented in text form on this are mostly abstract and general.
Life Directionality Laws - Definitions:
(note: 'x, y, or more' used below refer to objects from at microscopic level such as sub-atomic particles to macroscopic objects such as planets, stars, galaxies, universe, etc or vice versa) and / or people in general)
Life Directionality Law 1 of 6 - Directionality: A directional determiner or determining process between x and y or more toward a result.
Life Directionality Law 2 of 6 - Connection: For x and y or more to have a type and a level of relation or relationship between both or more, then both or more must establish a connection between both or more.
Life Directionality Law 3 of 6 - Conditional Change / Adaption: If either x or y or more to be less or greater than sum of both or more while still maintaining a type and a level of relation / relationship between each other, then both or more must undergo a conditional change process until either or more equalize to being sum of all or adapted.
Life Directionality Law 4 of 6 - Equilibrium: If either x or y or more being conditioned to change in any level toward being equalized to sum of all or adapted while still in a type and a level of relation / relationship between each other, then both x and y or more must be equalized to each other or all and therefore are in an equilibrium.
Life Directionality Law 5 of 6 - Coherence / Sustainability: For long as x and y or more that are in an equilibrium with each other or all, then x and y or more must be coherent and sustained.
Life Directionality Law 6 of 6 - Separation: For x and y or more to discontinue a type and / or a level of connection (eg. relation / relationship) between each other or all, then either, both, or more must cancel upon on and / or by their own directionality with each other or more. Sometimes this can be seen as a different type of 'conditional change' of sort.

The rest of life directionality laws I wrote are seemingly factual descriptions of what happen when two or more things or people in a relation / relationship between each other. The holy grail mechanism or function between structures is by one law I wrote as follow: "Life Directionality Law 3 of 6 - Conditional Change / Adaption: If either x or y or more to be less or greater than sum of both or more while still maintaining a type and a level of relation / relationship between each other, then both or more must undergo a conditional change process until either or more equalize to being sum of all or adapted."- The sum of both or more, equalize to being equalized - The law destination that which physics and socialogy follow no matter what: A "timeless" director directing how things goes the way things are ... Why? Good question. At first I thought it'd be coherence reason and to show what actually happen. But.. I wonder if there is any exception? The life directionality laws seem to explain the arrow of time and entropy, especially the law 6 - to reason why things change and or age.
