Be honest, are you a believer in God for spiritual advancement or only to reap entitled rewards and personal benefits from God?
For believing in God, did you expect God to bless you with a perfect happy life and an abundance of money on your command?
Now you are dropping God because your ideal life did not materialize and you feel betrayed.
Anger, hatred, envy, and greed will pull you away from God.
Unconditional love, kindness, and gratitude will draw you closer to God.
In anger, it is very hard to see God's benevolence and love.
Anger, hatred, envy, and greed are some of the attributes of the ego mind that is the false mind, as designed.
The ego mind is what the Bible metaphorically refers to as Satan. Satan keeps you away from the love of God.
Love is our true divine nature, and our purpose here is to discover and uncover the temple of God within that is love.
