I shit you not, this is the very first time any one of them has mentioned anything to do with immune health.

What is the daily dosing of vitamin D3. My doctor recommends 10mcg - 12mcg per day. I've found a bottle that has 50mcg per dose. Taking it once every other day...

What do you think the daily dose should be to enhance the immune system to ward off Covid...

But yet he has never felt that it would be important to make a public service announcement and let everyone know about these vitamins.

Vitamin D, C, zinc, green tea, elderberry syrup or juice, honey, monolaurin - best with zinc, quercetin with bromelain, artemisinin are all good supplements.

Don't overdo it with the zinc, read up what foods inhibit or augment it and make sure your sources are vetted. A decent daily multivitamin should be part of your health regimen too.

I take the above supplements in a staggered fashion throughout the week. One other thing I do is dab coconut oil in my nostrils with a qtip before going out.

My thinking is that coconut oil has antiviral and antibacterial properties, it disrupts the viruse`s skin so to speak and the oil coats the ace 2 receptors in the nose thereby hopefully keeping the virus from latching onto the receptors.

And it smells nice too. 🙃
