Another yawner of the storm.
The most interesting thing about it is its slow forward speed.
Cat 1 hurricanes defoliate trees and snap branches.
Don't stand under a tree and you'll be fine.
If you live near a creek, stream, river or any other body of water prone to a flash flood, seek higher ground and you'll be fine.
Cat 1 hurricanes...pfffffffffft!
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78191285 They spay these things called tornadoes. Well I've never yawned in one but I guess its possible. This is a flooding event. Quoting: Bush Master Yeah, they do spit out tornadoes. That's true. But hurricane twisters are more like water spouts. Not much power behind them, but enough to remove a roof or collapse a wall. I've never heard of a Cat 1 hurricane spawning a F3, F4, or F5. Have anyone else?
