The guiding track system has shifted east. The slow moving track over the next 48 hours will result in historic flooding for south Alabama and the panhandle. track guidance has again shifted eastward [ link to www.nhc.noaa.gov (secure)] Well s**t...headed my way again They must be flogging the voltage to the Mobile radar site. Looks like ripples in a pond around the transmitter in this screen grab of the radar loop. I am guessing that is what it is. (???) https://imgur.com/a/VkZS4U1 IDK but that look bizarre af.
