I thought (and was hoping) the OP's subject heading meant a whole swarm of bugs kept screwing around with the hair sniffer's face. But it was a relatively brief moment. Maybe there are other segments that are LOL when it comes to Biden and bugs, but I can't sit through more than a few seconds of his liberal bilge.
