True. There is no law that says the defeated candidate has to concede. It has always been done so the country can unite after the heated campaign. If on election night some one has 270 electoral votes, that person is the winner, he dosen't need the loser to concede to declare victory. Unless the loser can prove there was election fraud by the winner he has to just move on. The loser can ask for a recount in close states just like last time. But that's all. Biden can drag this out all he wants, not gonna change a thing.
