Two possibilities at this point

1. Q turns out to be real and heads roll including william gates
2. Nothing happens before election related to Q and of course Trump will win but the demonrats won't accept it and the country will erupt into civil war again. Father against son and brother against brother again. Infrastructure problems become extreme amidst those fighting or hiding and a sore famine spreads through the land. Pretty much exactly like 'the walking dead' series. I see no difference between the zombies and the demonrats. No difference at all whatsoever. That's how stupid and enraged and manipulated and degenerated they mostly all are.
